Data We Collect
KROMIX stores a display name you choose, your gameplay statistics such as wins, losses, and rank, and your deck library.
When online features are enabled, the game signs in using an anonymous device identifier provided by your operating system. This identifier is used only to recognize your account and is never shared with third parties.
Google Sign-In Is Optional
You may optionally link a Google account so your progress can be recovered on a new device.
Linking shares only your Google account identifier and email address with KROMIX servers. KROMIX uses that information solely to recognize your account and show which account is linked. KROMIX never receives your Google password and cannot access your Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data. You can play entirely as a guest without linking.
Local Storage
Your deck library, progress, and settings are saved on your device. When cloud sync is available and you are signed in, the same data is backed up to KROMIX servers so it can be restored on reinstall.
No Third-Party Tracking
KROMIX does not embed advertising SDKs, social trackers, or fingerprinting libraries. The client makes network calls only to KROMIX-operated services for matchmaking and account sync.
Diagnostics
Crash logs are stored on your device and are only shared if you explicitly export them from Settings. Gameplay telemetry is not transmitted in this build.
Account And Data Deletion
You can delete your account and server-side data from inside the app or by email.
Open Settings → Privacy → DELETE MY ACCOUNT. This permanently erases your account and all server-side data, including cloud saves, rank, match history, and any linked Google sign-in. There is no undo.
If you can no longer access the app, email alexandrenasajon1@gmail.com from any address. Include your friend code or linked Google email so we can locate the account.
Local data on your device can be removed at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Children
KROMIX is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have stored data from a child under that age, we will delete it. Parents may contact us to request removal of any data they believe was submitted by their child.
